Cufflinks (also cuff-links or cuff links) are decorative pieces used to fasten the two sides of cuff on a blouse or a dress shirt. They are designed only for shirts with no buttons but with buttonholes on both sides. Cufflinks are divided into single-length and double-length (also ‘French’) and may be worn either ‘barrel-style’ where one end overlaps the other or ‘kissing’ where the ends are pinched firmly together.
