College Stress

college stress is an integralpart of college life no matter what others say. It is something that you need to cope up with no matter how hard or easy. While college life opens up new avenues on how to het ahead in life, it is time for many people to bid good bye to the easy going lifes they one spent. This unfortunately is easier said than done due to the common prevalence of College Stress surrounding many college matters that should be of least importance to you and your future.

College stress comes in many forms and shapes be it about choice of what you want to do with life or whether it has to do with hurdling with daily obstacles. However unfair it may seem, college stress is mostly experienced by those who are righteous in their attitude towards life. Simple tasks such as sharing your dorm room, eating from the cafeteria everyday, coping with education while trying to strike balance in social life and extra curricular activities are all college stress related matters.

Being in that moment and experiencing things in the light of college life itself can be summed up as college stress because books, exams and social life all contribute to this phenomenal fact. To study or to party, becomes a prime dilemma that is faced by students and contributes yet again to enhance College Stress. College stress build up for the smallest of reasons that you may not take too seriously. But the sources of college stress are events that are equally important for the individual.

College stress is a constant contributor to a students mental health and surveys show that they are more stressed out about being in college and coping with its ups and downs rather than worrying about the future that they are trying to build. So take as a whole, a larger percentage of college students and stress comes about due to various social pressures rather than from studies because studies do not demand the individual to be as trendy and cool as the college culture and people do.
